The Decision Makers 2010

Hey all you Rain Makers,

In my professional career there have been few events that have moved me the way the event in Kansas City did last weekend. I cannot begin to tell you how proud I am to be part of Rain Nutrition. I can look back through the years and point to a few events that have been an inspiration to me. Some got me fired up, others challenged me to think about what direction I was heading, a few even brought me to tears or made me laugh. The Kansas City event was different than any of those because it brought all of those emotions into one experience.

We all experience challenges, hard times, good times, times of reflection, and times of inspiration. There are a lot of pressures people are facing right now, including economic difficulties that are stealing their hopes and dreams. Friday night at the Hollis Center was truly inspiring. I know that times are tough right now. I enjoyed the stories and experiences shared by Traci Reuter, Seth Wells, and Jason Kelley. Each of these great leaders has experienced challenges in life but have not forgotten what their goals are and which direction they are going. To hear Traci’s tell us where she was just a year ago and to listen to her now is amazing, an inspiration to us all. Listening to network marketing legend Del Williams encourage us all to “Never, Never, Never give up” motivated me to work even harder.  He taught us to remember to write down our personal “Mission Statement,” fill our notebooks with dreams and goals, and to be our BEST!

Saturday was filled with announcements and showed us why Rain Nutrition is here to stay! I had the privilege to be on stage and see your faces as three legendary industry icons, Del Williams, Kevin Baadsgaard, and Tom Thornton, walked onto stage, signed their distributor application and join each us in our journey to help millions of people around the World see their dreams comes true. They shared with us the reasons they resigned from their previous company and walked away from an income that majority of people in this industry will never see to become part of Rain. The bottom line is that in recent years this industry has forgotten what it is all about … people. They also explained why Rain Nutrition is different: a meaningful distributor “Bill of Rights;” a revolutionary, patent pending compensation plan that rewards the “little guy;” And a true retail program that allows people to make money right away.  The new retail program “pays customers, not advertisers,” a comp plan truly for the masses. The new tools and two new products (SOUL and RUSH packets) will help with profitability, simplicity and convenience.

Saturday evening we were treated to Matt Snyder’s sincere and heartfelt testimony of why he joined Rain, simply because someone remembered his name. Matt, you are a wonderful person and deserve everything you dream of out of life. All the product stories were powerful. SOUL has impacted and will continue to change lives around the World.

As we closed out the evening and this amazing event it was perfectly said by Jimmy Ezzell, “We are going to changes the lives of millions”. That happens by impacting one person at a time. My take away from the event was to do my BEST! Lets all do our very BEST!
