I had been suffering from reasonable back pain for several months. Suddenly on a Thursday, the pain dramatically escalated and was now more severe. My numerous visits to my Chiropractor didn’t bring me any relief. While mowing my lawn on Friday I collapsed to the ground in excruciating pain. The pain was so debilitating, I had to summon help in order to return to my home. At 2AM, I was awakened by intense pain, and was quickly transported to the local emergency room. After an intrusive examination an MRI was ordered. To my disappointment the MRI revealed that I had a bulging and ruptured disk, tear in the muscle, and irritation to the nerve. I received the unfortunate news that bed rest would be necessary for a couple of weeks, and I was prescribed several pain meds. On my ride home, I made the easy decision to put my Flagship product SOUL to the test. I was aware that the fatty acids in this product would aid in muscle repair. I made it a priority to consume 5-6 packets of SOUL each day. Monday morning I returned to work still in moderate pain. My stride was slow, and I was even heckled by a few of my business partners because of my appearance when I attempted to perform menial tasks. By Tuesday morning, I was not only off pain meds, but I could bend over and touch my toes! Beginning Weight on May 6th: 295 lbs.

Weight on June 30th: 256 lbs.

I started the Weight Loss Challenge on May 6th weighing 295 pounds and as of  June 30th, I weigh 256 pounds and I’ve lost 7 inches around my stomach! I’m still using Soul, Vapor, and Pure daily while replacing a meal with Thrive 3-4 times a week. I feel better now than I have in years: my energy level continues to improve, my knee pains have completely gone away, and I’ve noticed I have much more stamina than before. I’m able to eat regular portion sizes now and feel satisfied. My name is Robert Carfield and I began the Rain Fitness club on May 2nd. My beginning Weight was 235 lbs. On June 3rd I had lost a total of 23 lbs and had dropped almost two pants sizes. Since starting this challenge on May 21, 2010, the most difficult for thing me is giving up sugar.  I am a nurse working nights in a correctional facility; donuts, candy, chips and junk food are the daily fair.  Vapor and Thrive have taken away most of my cravings.

I love experimenting with new flavors and ways to use the Thrive. I do not see this as a “diet” but as a complete life style change.

I am a product of the products!

Earlier this week I promised Chad that I would film my own personal product testimonial and get it posted to the Newsroom. While I am between meetings and unable to pull the video from my Flip Mino video camera I thought I’d share a bit of my story.

Many of you that have visited with us in the corporate offices recently or that have my number on speed dial  know that I have been quite ill for the last several months. It has been a battle. I believe it was more a test of my will than a test of my body much of the time. I could handle the regular radiation treatments, and the scary medication that made me look a little bit green for several weeks at a time. The part that I disliked greatly was not having control over my schedule, over my personal time, and ultimately over my physical strength.

The day that I could no longer lift my 2 year old was the day I chose to make a change. I went from 2 Soul a day to 3 and increased the frequency of my Storm intake to twice daily. The most important change I made, however, was increasing my intake of Pure. It wasn’t necessarily quantity that I was after, but I wanted to improve my body’s ability to absorb the important nutrients in our products. I knew that the bulk of that absorption would happen in the intestinal tract. After about a week I noticed a marked improvement in how I felt daily. My strength was returning quickly and I felt good; not just better but good.

I believe that Pure made it possible for my body to really take advantage of the important nutrients, antioxidants, omegas, and amino acids that are essential for good long term health. I believe that supplementation was key to my recovery and that it played a synergistic role with my medication and helped me fight to get well.

Awakening!

“As I sit here reflecting and wondering WHY it is that RAIN NUTRITION woke me up, and inspired me to share…and made it to the top of my recommendation list for building a residual income for a lifetime. I’ve been on the Rain Nutrition <http://rain-review.com>  products about 4 weeks now…and I notice my skin is smoother (must be from the Soul); and when I drink the healthy energy drink (Rush) I don’t take/need my luxury nap! I notice I keep going, and going, and going! With a clear, focused energy and mental clarity. As well as I already sleep, I seem to be sleeping more deeply with more dreams too!

I keep getting feedback to the folks I’ve introduced Rain to, and THEY are sharing stories with me, not only their own, but of the folks they’ve shared with! How fun is when someone calls you  (more importantly, calls your teammates for more product…IE, DUPLICATION!) asking for more product!! One swimmer is having the best workouts of his career thanks to Storm! It’s supposed to be for muscle recovery, but I’m hearing results of more stamina, power, & flexibility when they take it BEFORE their workout! I’m inspired to work out again too.
